About Us

We are just a small Mom and Pop operation. We have six kids and are always looking for ways to try and keep health care costs down. So we pass along to you, any information that we garner to help out those who are also looking for ways to avoid the "Doctors" office and trying to keep costs down. We try to stay up on the latest info and hope it helps anyone looking for a different way, because the doctors do not always give us all possible options. There is something here for everyone, young and elderly.
